In 2013 we were asked by ad agency BBDO (Hong kong) to direct, produce and animate this film that should explain basic knowledge and terms of the coffee production process.

The film begins with the end: a freshly brewed Starbucks coffee cup that was made for you. The coffee cup then transforms into the counter of the coffeeshop where the story ends.

We designed and built each location of the story with original Starbucks elements, like their paper cups and sugar bags. The maps in between are printed with real coffee stains, only we added them in post.
